Julia Dalla Rosa

Julia Dalla Rosa leads partnership and technology alliance strategy across our public sector group as part of the Office of the Chief Technology Officer. With nearly two decades of experience in business development, market development, and partnerships in the public and commercial sectors, Julia is uniquely positioned to combine her award-winning customer- and citizen-engagement programs, with a technology-enabled lens to create go-to-market accelerators.

Earlier in her career, Julia led growth at a small business consultancy agency, landing it on the Profit 500 listing for two consecutive years. She led sales and customer success at a start-up loyalty platform that resulted in successful product launches and first public/private contracts in partnership with IBM. And in her role as industry vertical business development lead at an Internet of Things device company, Julia was instrumental in establishing the multimillion-dollar North American utility market for smart thermostats.

Since joining our team, Julia has worked across all our industry verticals to establish growth-enabling strategic alliances with companies of all sizes. As the lead of the alliances ecosystem and architect of the enterprise partner ecosystem framework, Julia utilizes cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning to evaluate, incubate, and scale relationships. The end results include industry recognition through partner of the year awards (ServiceNow, Appian, and Elastic), accelerated partner practice incubation (Google Cloud and UiPath), and innovation through solution co-creation (GrantTRAX).
